Unfortunately we cannot offer to warranty Sordin products for you. Nor can we usually repair them in house. We are NOT the manufacture of this product, we are a reseller and we are dependent on the warranty policy offered by the manufacturer. That is always the case.
Sodin, in the past, has not offered to replace used units, which a customer claims do not function well, with a new unit. Not before they get the claimed defect back for their own testing and evaluation. They then either repair or replace. Yes, this means the customer has to wait some time. Which is not ideal, but it totally out of the control of us.
