COVID-19 Business Update

In response to the increasing number of cases being diagnosed in Australia, the Federal Government, along with State and Territory Governments, have initiated response plans to slow the potential escalation and spread of COVID-19.

We have been and will continue to abide by all requirements placed upon us by both the Federal and Tasmanian State Governments.

The current situation is as follows:

  • We are a purely online business, with no retail stores, situated in a remote location with no public access. To further isolate ourselves, effective immediately, the Local Pick Up of Orders will now not be an option.
  • Our business is open and operational with no current impact on our ability to pick, pack and dispatch orders.
  • We will be shipping each Monday and Friday to minimise external contact 
  • As per Australia Post’s new format, deliveries will not require a signature on delivery and their driver will sign and take a photograph of delivery, to minimise the risk of contracting and spreading Coronavirus.
